Sometimes I’m too chicken

A Khmer snack with a difference: boiled eggs, shelled, and deep fried in batter.  Hey Scotch Eggs, Cambodian style – why not! Then the honest little vendor warned: “Brother, there’s a baby bird inside.” (Flashbacks of tasting balute in Vietnam). “Urrrgh, I’ll give it a miss thanks mate. Are those balls beef over there…”
