It’s all about the pepper sauce source

Lok lak is a traditional Khmer dish. This is chicken lok lak “americain” with a fried egg and fries instead of rice – popular with tourists. The key ingredient is black pepper from the jungle mountains of Kampot Province, with plenty of sea salt and kaffir lime. It’s a filling serve, $US4 at Cosmopolitan Cafe, Sihanoukville.
