Phnom Penh airport is indicative of the Cambodian capital as a whole: there is construction going on everywhere. It is an encouraging sign that the country is progressing. The unfortunate juxtaposition of this temporary sign at the airport perhaps over-emphasises the popularity of the local model in the picture.
